Most major insurance plans are accepted at the Fairfax Vascular Center. Following a consultation with one of our Interventional Radiologists (when your treatment plan has been determined), our vascular center coordinator will be happy to assist in calling your insurance provider to find out what your coverage will be. For varicose veins, insurance usually covers this condition, but pre-authorization is usually required. Spider vein treatments are usually not covered by insurance.
